Signature Cocktail
One or two custom-named cocktails featured at the reception bar, usually themed to the couple or wedding palette.
Signature cocktails are a way to personalize the bar without going to a full top-shelf menu. Most couples pick two (often named 'His' and 'Hers' or after pets, hometowns, or trip locations).
Keep recipes to 3-4 ingredients so the bartender can keep up with volume. Avoid anything that requires muddling, citrus garnishes that need fresh cutting, or floating layers — these all slow the bar to a crawl during peak hours.
