    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Plan the Aisle (the "Service"), operated by Vetter Ventures LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Plan the Aisle is a comprehensive wedding planning platform offering tools for budget management, guest lists, seating charts, vendor coordination, timeline building, AI-powered planning assistance, and related features. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.

    3. Accounts and Registration

    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
    • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
    • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

    4. Subscription and Billing

    • Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro-tier access. No credit card is required for the trial.
    • Paid Plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Base, Mid, or Pro tier). Pricing is displayed on our pricing page.
    • Payments: Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
    • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
    • Promo Codes: Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to their stated terms and expiration.

    5. User Content

    You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service (photos, documents, wedding details, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

    • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
    • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights
    • We may remove content that violates these terms
    • Uploaded content may be deleted if your account is cancelled or deleted

    6. AI-Powered Features

    The Service includes AI-powered tools for vow writing, vendor recommendations, budget suggestions, and other planning assistance. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only:

    • AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate for your situation
    • You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI-generated content before use
    • AI usage is subject to monthly limits based on your subscription tier
    • Additional AI credits may be purchased separately

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
    • Impersonate another person or entity
    • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
    • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

    8. Collaborators and Shared Access

    The Service allows you to invite collaborators (e.g., wedding planner, partner, family members) to view or edit your wedding planning data. You are responsible for managing collaborator access and understand that collaborators with "editor" access may modify your wedding data.

    9. Vendor Marketplace

    Plan the Aisle may provide a marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors. We are not a party to agreements between couples and vendors. We do not guarantee vendor availability, quality, or pricing. Any disputes between couples and vendors are between those parties.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAN THE AISLE AND VETTER VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    12. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Vetter Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

    13. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
