Can guests stay on-site?
Most estate venues sleep 8-30 in the main house. Larger guest lists overflow to nearby hotels or B&Bs (often partnered for room blocks).
Do estates have noise curfews?
Yes — typically 10pm or 11pm music outdoor, midnight indoor. These are usually county ordinances, not negotiable.
