Wedding Venues
Modern Loft & Industrial Wedding Venues
Brick-and-beam lofts, converted warehouses, and gallery spaces for urban, design-forward weddings.
Modern loft venues lean blank-canvas. You bring the design — they bring the bones (high ceilings, big windows, exposed brick or steel). Most are in city neighborhoods with great photo backdrops a short walk away.

Modern Loft venue FAQs
Do loft venues come with tables and chairs?
Usually no — most require you to rent furniture separately. Budget $2K-$8K extra for furniture, linens, and tabletop.
Are loft venues good for both ceremony and reception?
Yes — most can flip the space in 60-90 minutes during cocktail hour. Confirm the flip plan in your contract.
What about parking in urban loft venues?
Often a challenge. Negotiate a valet service or partner garage; communicate the plan on your wedding website.
