    Day-Of Coordinator

A wedding planner hired to manage logistics on the wedding day (and usually the month before), without designing or planning the whole event.

A day-of coordinator (more accurately, a 'month-of') joins the planning roughly 4-8 weeks before the wedding. They review every contract, build the day-of timeline, run the rehearsal, and manage all vendor arrivals and transitions on the wedding day.

This is the single highest-ROI vendor for couples planning their own wedding. Cost typically $1,500-3,500. Without one, expect the couple, parents, or wedding party to be the de facto coordinator — which kills their experience.
