    Run of Show

A minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day, shared with every vendor and the wedding party.

The run of show is the master timeline distributed to every vendor. It covers: vendor arrival times, hair and makeup schedule, first-look window, ceremony start and end, photo blocks, cocktail hour, grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, dancefloor open, and send-off.

Build backwards from the ceremony time and add 15-minute buffers between every block. Share with all vendors 2 weeks out, then re-confirm 48 hours before. Plan The Aisle generates one at /wedding-timeline-builder.
