    Rentals

    Equipment and decor rented for the wedding day — tables, chairs, linens, glassware, dancefloors, tents, and lighting.

    Rentals are typically arranged by the caterer or venue for in-house items (basic tables, chairs, linens) and by a separate rental company for upgrades (chiavari chairs, specialty glassware, lounge furniture, dance floors, draping, and tents).

    Rental costs scale with guest count and can run $15-50 per guest. Tented receptions add $5,000-25,000+ depending on size, flooring, lighting, and sidewalls. Always include the rental delivery and strike fees in the line item.
