    Reception

    Tablescape

The full visual design of a reception table — linens, runners, centerpieces, candles, charger plates, glassware, and stationery.

A tablescape is the curated look of each reception table. It typically includes a linen and runner, charger plates, glassware, flatware, a floral or non-floral centerpiece, candles or taper holders, and printed stationery (menu, place card, table number).

Wedding decorators charge per tablescape; budget $150-500 per table at midrange weddings, $1,000+ at high-end weddings. Photograph a styled mock-up table with your florist before the wedding to lock in the look.
