    Catering & Bar

    Food Stations

Multiple themed food stations placed around the reception space (carving, pasta, taco, raw bar, etc.) where guests serve themselves.

Stations spread guests across the room, create an interactive food experience, and encourage mingling vs. seated dinner. Common stations: carving, pasta-to-order, mashed-potato bar, taco station, raw bar, and dessert.

Stations work best as the only meal service or as an evening alternative to a traditional dinner. Budget 15-20 more square feet per station than you'd think for guest flow and lines.
