30-day money-back guarantee on any paid venue plan.
If Plan The Aisle is not the right fit for your venue in the first 30 days after your first charge, tell us and we refund that charge in full — no questions asked. This applies to every venue plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise), monthly or annual.
The policy in plain terms
- Covers the first paid charge on any venue plan, made within 30 days of that charge.
- The 14-day free trial is separate; the 30 days begin on the date you are first billed.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method: PayPal on the web, Google Play on Android.
- No forms to justify, no retention calls. One email or the form below is enough.
- Renewal charges after the guarantee window are not refundable; cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the paid period.
- Comped, sponsored, and pilot accounts have no charge to refund.

What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?+
Any paid venue plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise, monthly or annual). If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, we refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
Does the free trial count toward the 30 days?+
No. The 30 days start on the date of your first paid charge, after the 14-day free trial ends.
How do I request a refund?+
Use the form on this page or email hello@plantheaisle.com from the address on your account. Requests are answered within two business days.
How is the money returned?+
Web subscriptions are refunded to the original PayPal payment method. Android subscriptions bought through Google Play are refunded through Google Play. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to my venue data?+
Your account stays open until the end of the refunded period so you can export events, contracts, invoices, and reports as CSV or PDF. After that the venue workspace is closed.
Are renewals after the first 30 days refundable?+
Renewal charges after the guarantee window are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do couple plans have the same guarantee?+
Couple Pro plans also carry a 14-day free trial; refunds on couple plans are handled case by case — email hello@plantheaisle.com.
